ISRAEL DAILY TOURS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Noah Tours Day tours in Israel important note:

1. The tours are operated daily, year round (except on the Jewish New Year & Yom Kippur). Please make your reservations well in advance.
2. The tours are guided in English. Second language (Spanish, French or German) are included in the Tour Language Table.
3. Please carry your passport with you at all times.
4. While on tour, please stay with your group and the guide. Separation from the group can result in being left behind & will be at customers' expense.
5. Please note that tours' prices are subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances.

6. The price for two days' tours includes half-board accommodation in a 3 star hotels or more star hotels.

7. Tourists presenting their passport are exempt from the payment of VAT. All prices are in US Dollars.
8. The price of tours includes all entrance fees and does not include lunch.
9. A 10% reduction is given to children under the age of 12 & to students.
10. Children under the age of 5 are not accepted.
11. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be changes in routes or departure times. Noah Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control.
12. To cancel a reservation, please notify Noah Tours 1 week in advance in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
13. Insurance covers passengers and their luggage for the duration of the tour. Noah Tours acts as a direct or indirect agent between the passengers participating in the tours, hotels and sites or restaurants.

14. Noah Tours cannot be held responsible for any damage and/or injury or loss which is beyond the control of Noah Tours.
