We all thought that Mark - the guide on the tour to Haifa was outstanding - and Yiftach Talmi was like a friend travelling with us. We learned so much about Israel today from him. There was only one slight problem. Yiftach was obviously under the impression that we had to pay the entrance fees to Beit Shean and Megiddo, although this was included in your estimate. I did not have the estimate with me and I paid the entrance fees. I am not bothered about it but thought that I should mention it for the benefit of your records. I hope that I may return again one day to Israel and would certainly be in touch with you. I shall certainly recommend you to anyone else I hear travelling to Israel. We just want to congratulate and thank you for the exquisite time we had traveling through the Holy Land.
The Tour Guide (Nomi) was terrific and the Bus Driver (Marzouk) a real treat.

Nomi went out of her way to ensure we see as much of your interesting country as possible. We all fell in love with her.
Marzouk ensured that we enjoyed the trips and that we didn't feel unsafe at any given time. Even when stuck in traffic he stayed absolutely calm and handled the situation perfectly.
Between them and Reverend Gerhard van Dyk they gave us the time of our lives that we'll remember and cherish for ever.
We look forward to travel again with you soon.

Thank you for all the tips we need to know in advance. As expected the Holy Land is breath taking and maybe even more where words cannot really do justice. I really think that we are so blessed to have that opportunity and privilege to walk where Jesus walked. It was just unfortunate that we did not get a chance to go to Masada and the En Gedi. I was looking forward to that and we only spent 20 minutes in the Dead Sea. The transition from Egypt to Israel took us longer than planned because of the boarder crossing. It wasn’t probably anticipated that the time for that will be an issue.
Overall it was a wonderful trip and our tourist guide in Israel was excellent. Again thank you so much for your help. God bless and have a wonderful day.

“Dear Kim,
The trip was generally wonderful, particularly Tel Aviv, Tiberias and Jerusalem followed by Wadi Ram and Petra. The Dead Sea was full of Russians. Very ugly! As for Eilat, I only mention this to say there is little point in going there unless one is looking for sunshine and rest. It is not particularly charming. Our guide was excellent and it was helpful that we were just the two rather than part of a group so we were able substantially to manipulate the program. I mention this because your program was generally more suitable for those who are interested in the Christian background rather than Jewish heritage. As for the hotels, your choices were excellent, but you will be interested to know that Kirker Travel, which is an up market UK travel agency, observes that hotels at the Dead Sea are not attractive! I am wondering whether future tours which you organize and may include Jordan should take your clients to the Dead Sea on the Jordanian side especially if it is possible to get to Masada via the Allenby Bridge. Security was no problem. Everyone needs to know that it pays to engage positively in which case the process is likely to be quicker and indeed fun.

The guide was also OK, transportation and graound services excellent. They have some negatives from the service at the Dan hotel in Jerusalem but it is not so importamt
They are usually staying in more luxurious hotels but especially for this trip they choosed the hotels by them selves ..
Clients was also bored with the long procedure at arrival and departure at TLV APT. Very happy that you provide meet and assist upon arrival and very

However, 99% of the comments are absolutely positive!!!!

We recently got back from our visit to Israel and wanted to thank you for all your help in planning our tours. Specifically,

1) Jerusalem - The tour guide was excellent and we enjoyed this tour immensely. Not only did the tour guide provide detailed information about Jerusalem but also gave interesting bits of information about the countryside from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Considering we only had the one day, it was a very full and enjoyable tour. Thank you very muc

2) Masada and the Dead Sea - While not quite as lively as the Jerusalem tour guide, this day's guide was very good. Everything was explained fully although it was somewhat challenging as the tour was given in both Spanish and English. The tour guide was so fluent in both languages, I had to pay attention when he changed from one language to the other. While visiting both sites made for a busy day, it was generally well handled with one exception. The one concern is that after our tour bus left Tel Aviv and after riding for an hour, the bus made a side trip to pick up more passengers in Jerusalem, which added an extra 20 minutes both ways. Couldn't a separate bus be used for the Jerusalem area hotels? This also made the bus totally full and crowded.

Overall, I would use Noah Tours again and appreciate your help in getting our tours booked.
