Follow in the footsteps of the Jewish Nation and explore the historical and beautiful sites of Israel with an adventurous 9 Day Tour. The perfect tour for families!

Day 1 Sunday. Arrival

Arrival to Tel Aviv International Airport. A Noah Tours representative will meet you after passport control and accompany you to your transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 Monday. Caesarea - Haifa - Acre - Rosh Hanikra

Drive North to Caesarea, what once was the Roman capital of the region. See the excavations of the Crusaders' City, the aqueduct and amphitheater that has been restored as a concert venue. Proceed to Haifa for a panoramic view from Mount Carmel and. Drive to Acre; walk along the old harbor and local market. Continue to the northernmost point of Israel, Rosh Hanikra. Descend by cable car into the limestone grottoes. Overnight in a Kibbutz Hotel.

Day 3 Tuesday. Safed - Tel Hai - Banias - ATV Tour in the Golan Heights

Drive to Safed, center of the Kabballah movement; visit the Joseph Caro and Ha’Ari synagogues, the most important synagogues in the city and stroll through the Artist’s Quarter. After that, proceed to an exciting ATV tour in the beautiful Golan Heights. From there, ascend Mt. Bental, a captivating dormant volcano and hear some geopolitical insight on the region. Stop at an observation point over the city of Kuneitra and the Syrian territory. Next, walk along the alluring Banias Springs and watch the splendid waterfalls. End the day with an overnight in the Kibbutz Hotel.  

Day 4 Wednesday. Jordan Valley - Beit Shean – Bet Alpha - Gan Hashlosha - Jerusalem

Start the morning with a drive to the Jordan Valley and get inspired by the view; proceed to Beit Shean, the biggest archeological park in Israel with beautiful excavations from the Roman and Byzantine periods. Stop at Beit Alpha to see the beautiful mosaic floor of a synagogue from the Byzantine period. Onto Gan Hashlosha, (Sachne) where you will have an opportunity to enjoy the water springs located at the foot of the Gilboa mountain, the famous mountain on which King Saul was killed in the battle against the Philistines. Continue via the Jordan valley to Jerusalem. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 5 Thursday. Jerusalem (Old City) - Mt. Olives - Western Wall - Sephardic Synagogues - Westerm Wall Tunnels - Davidson Center - Tower of David Museum

At the start of the morning, drive to the crest of the Mt. of Olives where you will get a magnificent view of the entire city of Jerusalem. Visit at the Western Wall for some time to pray and/or reflect. Walk along the Cardo, the ancient Roman road; visit the four Sephardic synagogues restored after the 1967 war in the Jewish quarter. Tour through the Western Wall Tunnels; visit Davidson center and walk through the Roman Cardo to the local Arab bazaar. Walk through Jaffa Gate to the Tower of David Museum and see the ancient remains of the city beginning with the first Temple period. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 6 Friday. Jerusalem (New City) - Mt. Herzl- Yad Vashem Museum - Israel Museum - Mahane Yehuda Market

Start the day with a drive to Mount Herzl, the military cemetery, and visit the Yad VaShem Museum, the national memorial to the Holocaust. Pass by the Knesset, Israel’s parliament and see the Menorah with the biblical emblems. Next, visit the Israel Museum and see the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea scrolls are housed and the new Holyland model – a miniature replica of Jerusalem as it was during the Second Temple period. Continue your day with a visit to Mahane Yehuda Marketplace (Shuk) and experience life as an Israeli. From there if time allows, pass by Mea Shearim and get a glimpse of the unique lifestyle of the ultra-orthodox community. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 7 Saturday. Jerusalem Free Day

Enjoy the your free day of Sabbath to rest in the hotel or explore the beautiful city with its beautiful colours and lights. Walk to the Great Synagogue or the Western Wall for prayer. Optional visit at King David's Museum with free vouchers. At night, you will have an option to visit the Night Specatcle of David's Tower.

Day 8 Sunday. Masada - Dead Sea - Jerusalem

Drive to Masada pass by Qumran and see from far the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Take a cable car up to the majestic fortress of Masada and visit the ruins of King Herod’s winter palace. The history of the Jewish people will unfold before your eyes as you see the synagogues and bathhouses used by the Jews. Descend Masada by cable car and proceed to the Dead Sea for relaxation and float in the water. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 9 Monday. Departure

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Until next time!

FAMILY PLAN

Tourist & First Class: Child (2-12) sharing parents' room - Reduction of 20%. 

Superior: Child up to age 18 sharing parents’ room - Reduction of 30%.

Important Notes

  • The tour departs Sundays with transfer from airport to hotel with a minimum of 4 people joining. Please contact us for the supplement fee if you will be less than 4 people in your group.

  • Pick-up/ Starting times may vary & may be delayed depending on number of guests picked up from hotels.

  • All rooms are standard rooms unless mentioned otherwise, except for Executive. Optional room upgrades are available upon request for a supplement fee.
  • Executive Class receive a room in the Hilton Deluxe, Scots Deluxe, Mövenpick Resort Petra Junior Suite and in the King David New City (floor 1-4) Hotel.
  • All categories of hotel class stay in the same Kibbutz Hotel in the Galilee no matter which hotel class was booked, except Executive.
  • Option for Superior and Deluxe class to upgrade to a non-Kibbutz Hotel for a supplement fee.

  • In case of non availability of a Kibbutz Hotel, a hotel in the Galilee will be designated.

  • Dinner supplement is including 5 dinners only from the second day.

  • Reservations received less than 14 days prior to departure are on a request only basis.

  • It is possible to book additional nights at hotels if arriving before or departing after the tour dates.

  • In the case where the client books an extra night before the tour on their own arrangements, the transfer to the hotel is not included in the package.
