Arrival

Arrive in Israel. Meet a Noah Tours representative, who will assist you through customs. Transfer and overnight in Tel Aviv.

Tel Aviv - Rehovot - Caesarea - Atlit - Haifa

After breakfast, we’ll drive for a short visit to the city of Jaffa (Joppa) where we will take a short walking tour in picturesque alleys of the old, fortified town. Continue on to Rehovot, and visit the Ayalon Institute, where members of the «Hagana» organization secretly manufactured bullets during the British Mandate. Drive north to Caesarea, once the Roman capital of the region. See the excavations of the crusaders’ city, the aqueduct, and the amphitheater which has been restored as a concert venue. Visit Atlit, a camp where illegal Jewish immigrants were imprisoned during the time of the British mandate. Proceed to Haifa for a panoramic view from Mount Carmel and visit the Bahai Gardens. Overnight in Haifa.

Haifa - Acre - Rosh Hanikra - Tiberias

Drive to Acre; walk along the old harbor and local market. Continue to the northernmost point of Israel at Rosh Hanikra. Descend by cable car into the limestone grottoes. Drive to the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) for a panoramic view of the area. Dinner and overnight in the Kibbutz Hotel.

Tiberias - Safed - Rosh Pina - Hula Valley - Tel Hai - Tiberias

Drive to Safed, the center of the Kaballa movement; visit the Joseph Caro and the Ha’Ari synagogues, the most important synagogues in the city; stroll around the Artists’ quarter. Visit Rosh Pina, one of the first Jewish settlements in the first Aliyot. Drive to the Hula Valley and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding you. On to Tel Hai Museum and learn about the heroic battle of Josef Trumpeldor and his comrades in 1920. Return to Hotel for Overnight.

Tiberias - Katzrin - Golan Heights - Jordan River - Tiberias

After breakfast visits the Katzrin visitors center and watches an exceptional movie that depicts the Golan Heights in a spectacular multi-sensual display spread on Israel’s only 180 degrees screen. Drive north to the Golan Heights for a panoramic view of Israel, the enjoy an exciting jeep ride through the Golan off the beaten track. Dinner and overnight in the Kibbutz Hotel.

Beit Shean - Mt. Tabor - Gan Hashlosha

Drive to Tiberias to visit Rambam’s grave; proceed to Beit Shean, the biggest archeological park in Israel with beautiful excavations from the Roman and Byzantine periods. Drive to Mt. Tabor where you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Yizrael Valley. Onto the beautiful Gan Hashlosha (Sachne), where you will have an opportunity to enjoy the cool water springs located at the foot of the Gilboa mountain. Return to hotel for overnight.

Masada - Dead Sea - Jerusalem

Drive Via the Jordan Valley to the Dead Sea. Stop at Masada, ascend by cable car and tour the ancient fortress; visit the remains of the walls, palaces, synagogue, bathhouses etc. Descend by cable car. Enjoy Floating in the salty water at the Dead Sea. Drive back to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Jerusalem: Old City

Drive to the crest of Mt. of Olives, where the entire city of Jerusalem unfolds before you. Visit the Kotel for a prayer. Explore the Southern Wall Excavations and take a virtual, computerized «walk» through the ancient Temple Mount at the Davidson Center in the Western Wall Tunnel, walk alongside the Western Wall’s massive foundation stones. Travel through time at the lively Jerusalem Time Elevator multi-media production for a colorful overview of Jerusalem history. Open schedule evening in Jerusalem.

Dia 9
Bar / Bat Mitzva celebration - Jerusalem Old City

In the morning, celebrate your BarBat Mitzvah at the Kotel (Western Wall). In the afternoon, visit Mt. Zion and King David’s Tomb. Explore the wonderful fortress that houses the Jerusalem Museum at the Tower of David in order to learn about the history of Jerusalem throughout the ages. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Jerusalem

Take in a truly special multi-media presentation about the life of the Father of Modern Zionism at the new Herzl Exhibit (only if available). At the Har Herzl Military Cemetery, honor the memory of Israel’s fallen heroes, who have given their lives to establish a secure Jewish homeland. We will visit the resting places of Theodore Herzl, Golda Meir, and Yitzhak Rabin. Visit the unforgettable Memorial Museum and Children’s Memorial at Yad Vashem. Walkthrough the haunting Valley of the Communities and participate in a moving «Yizkor» service. Enjoy exploring the bustling Machaneh Yehuda open-air market. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
