The day moves through Safed’s Old City, one of Judaism’s Four Holy Cities and the birthplace of Kabbalah, past the Joseph Caro and Ha’Ari synagogues and the Artists’ Quarter, then to Tel Hai’s memorial near the Lebanese border. An ATV run through the Golan Heights leads up to Mt. Bental, a dormant volcano with a view over Kuneitra and the Syrian border, before ending at Banias’ waterfalls. Wander through the narrow, cobblestone alleyways of Safed’s Old City, adorned with artist studios, galleries, and synagogues. Visit the Joseph Caro and Ha’Ari synagogues, the most important synagogues in the city and stroll through the Artist’s Quarter.

Tel Hai
Short visit to Tel Hai near the border with Lebanon to see the Trupledor Roaring Lion of Tel Hai.

Lunch
Enjoy a traditional Israeli lunch at a restaurant in the area, savouring the flavours of the region’s cuisine.

ATV Tour Golan Heights
Afterwards, proceed to an exciting ATV tour in the beautiful Golan Heights. From there, ascend Mt. Bental, a captivating dormant volcano and hear some geopolitical insight into the region. Stop at an observation point over Kuneitra and the Syrian territory.

Banias
Next, walk along the alluring Banias Springs and watch the splendid waterfalls.

Drive back to your Hotel.
Depart from Haifa and return to your hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
