Day 1
Arrival - Tel Aviv

Arrive to Ben-Gurion airport. Noah Tours representative will meet you upon arrival. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Tel Aviv.

Day 2
Caesarea - Mount Carmel - Nazareth - Tiberias

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Caesarea, site of major events in the lives of Peter and Paul. We Will visit Mount Carmel, then drive through the rolling hills of the Galilee to Nazareth. We visit Nazareth Village, a re-creation of a working farm and Galilean village as it may have been 2000 years ago. Drive to Tiberias for Overnight at Tiberias.

Day 3
Mt. of Beatitudes - Capernaum - Boat Ride - Jordan River

Visit the Mt. of Beatitudes, travel to Tabgha, continue to Capernaum. We walk into old Capernaum with the ancient synagogue; on to the site of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes (Tabgha), the Sermon on the Mount and the Mount of Beatitudes. Enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Take a memorable visit of a replica of the ancient wooden boat used in Jesus’ day. Enjoy a traditional St. Peter’s fish lunch (Optional). Stop at the Jordan River at the Yardenit with opportunity to get baptized. Overnight in Tiberias.

Day 4
Jordan Valley – Sheikh Hussein - Mt. Nebo - Madaba -Petra

Transfer to Sheikh Hussein Border crossing Jordan. Visit Mt. Nebo then visit an ancient church building which houses magnificent mosaics dating back to the 6th century. Visit Madaba, with the earliest surviving original map of the Holy Land, in a mosaic floor dating to 560 AD. Dinner and overnight in Petra.

Day 5
Petra - Full day tour

Enter the Rose City of Petra through the Siq, a narrow passage through the mountains that has inspired people for centuries up to the treasury which suddenly appears at the end of the gorge, leaving the visitors breath-taken by it’s size, color and beauty. Continue into the heart of this ancient city carved into the mountains, passing hundreds of tombs and monuments and a spectacular Amphitheatre, which once held 3,000 spectators. Stop for a sit-down lunch, followed by a visit to Moses Spring before leaving Wadi Moussa – the new town of Petra. Return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 6
Allenby Border - Free time in Jerusalem

Transfer to Allenby Border crossing back to Israel. Then transfer to Jerusalem. Free leisure time for the rest of the day. Overnight at Jerusalem.

Day 7
Jerusalem: Old City

Drive to Mt. Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. We take the Palm walk to the Garden of Gethsemane. We will then enter the Old City through the Lions’ Gate to the Muslim Quarter, visit the beautiful Church of St. Anne (and sing) followed by the Pool of Bethesda, Pilate’s Judgment Hall, and the Ecce Homo Arch. Walk along the Via Dolorosa, into the Christian Quarter, on to the Western Wall. Finish the day at the Garden Tomb. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 8
Israel Museum - Yad Vashem - Ein Karem

Drive to Israel Museum’s Shrine of the Book with the famous Dead Sea scrolls, then a visit to the beautifully renovated Model of the Herodian city of Jerusalem, dating back to the time of the Second Temple. Continue to Yad Vashem (the memorial to the six million Jews who were killed in the Holocaust.). Afternoon visit Ein Karem (the birth place of John the Baptist). Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 9
Masada - Ein Gedi Nature Reserve- Qumran - Dead Sea floating

Visit Masada, the fortress where Jewish rebels took their last stand against Rome. You will never forget the breathtaking view from the top. On to Ein Gedi where David hid from Saul. See the beautiful waterfalls and the fabled Spring of David. Then we move on to Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 1947. From there we will take a dip in the Dead Sea. Lay back and float, and giver yourself a therapeutic mud treatment. After rinsing off, transfer to hotel Jerusalem.

Day 10
Departure

Breakfast and transfer to the Tel Aviv airport for departure.
