The Judean Desert and Dead Sea Area Jeep Private Day Tour
The Journey
Horkania • Mar Saba Monastery (viewpoint) • Wadi Qelt Nature Reserve
This day leaves the road behind for a jeep and open desert. Horkania’s ruins, once Herod’s private hideaway, the view of Mar Saba Monastery clinging to the cliffs above the Kidron stream, then Wadi Qelt’s canyon above Jericho. One guide, one itinerary, built around how far off the road you want to go. Stay wherever the view stops you, move on when you’re ready. It’s your day alone, out where the desert takes over.
