TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES

Prices are per person and are based on sharing a double or twin bed room occupancy. In case of human or computer error, Noah Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to customers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Noah Tours receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.


ENROLMENT FOR TOUR


10% deposit prepayment is required by Noah Tours for enrollment, registration and to insure your place in the tour.


BANK TRANSFER

Payment is done through a bank transfer and a bank transfer fee of US$ 20 will be added to the tour cost.


CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card charges will only be processed upon submission of a completed Noah Tours’ Credit Card Form. A bank transfer fee should be added to the total tour fee when paying the tour through Credit Card, namely as follows: Visa and MasterCard – a 1.6% should be added to the total tour fee; American Express – a 3.5% should be added to the total tour fee.


CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.


OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. All cancellations must be made in writing and be received prior to the tour departure date. Cancellation fees are subject to a registration/processing fee of $150. Reservations are non-transferable.


CANCELLATION TERMS

For Daily Tours:

The cancellation of Daily tours should be done at least one day in advance of the date of the tour in order to have no cancellation fee.

For  Group Tours:

Regular Season:

In case of a cancellation done before 30 days prior to the group arrival date, no cancellation fee will be required. However, exceptions are a registration fee & bank transfer fee of US$ 200. 

If a group cancels within 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the group's total stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

A written cancellation is required.

High Season:

We may require a 30% non-refundable deposit 45 days prior to the arrival. 

If a group cancels within 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the group's total stay will be charged as cancellation fees.

A written cancellation is required.

For Guaranteed Departure Tours (Tour Packages), Private & Individual Tours:

Regular Season:

1. Cancellation done 7 days prior to the tour :  No cancellation fee required but a registration fee &  bank transfer fee of US$ 150 must be paid.
-Full refund is given but a registration fee &  bank transfer fee of US$ 150 is being deducted from the full refund. Example: Tour cost is US$ 1000 minus a registration & bank transfer fee of US$ 150  equals US$ 850. The client will receive back a refund of US$ 850. This applies only to cancellation done at least 7 days prior to the tour. 

2. Cancellation done 3 days up to 6 days prior to the tour : 50% Cancellation fee required plus a registration fee &  bank transfer fee of US$ 150.
-A refund of 50% from the tour fee with a deduction of US$ 150 registration & bank transfer fee. Example: 50 %  of the US$ 1000  tour cost is US$ 500 minus a registration & bank transfer fee US$ 150 equals US$ 350. The client will receive back a refund of US$ 350.

3. Cancellation done 3 days prior to the tour or no cancellation done & no show :  A Cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost is required.
- 100% no refund given.

  
High Season:
We reserve the right to request a deposit or an irrevocable prepayment for any reservation during heavily booked periods.

1. Cancellation done 3 weeks in advance prior to the tour : No cancellation fee required but have to pay a registration fee &  bank transfer fee of US$ 150.

2. Cancellation done 2 weeks in advance prior to the tour : 30% Cancellation fee required plus a registration fee &  bank transfer fee of US$ 150.

3. Cancellation done 1 week in advance prior to the tour : 50% Cancellation fee required plus a registration fee &  bank transfer fee of US$ 150.

4. Cancellation done 3 days prior to the tour or no cancellation done and no show - 100% Cancellation fee required.
100% no refund given.


HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel accommodations will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. All rooms are standard double or twin bed rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for third person. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. All hotel rates are based on Noah Tours’ Agreement with its suppliers and are non-negotiable. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration with a late night flight. If a day room is included in the itinerary, check-out will normally be 6:00 p.m.


MEALS ON TOUR

Meals on tour are as specified in the itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's set menu or buffet. Generally, beverages are excluded, unless specified differently.


TRANSFERS

As indicated for each tour, transfers are provided only on tour arrival and departure dates by A/C car, minibus, or motor coach. If you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in your tour itinerary, you will not receive the transfer service since it is not included into the package cost. You may request a transfer service at any time prior to your final tour payment date and then the cost of requested transfer service will be added to your invoice. When requesting a transfer service, it is necessary to provide us with your flight details. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. Noah Tours is not responsible for any reason for delays beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, it is your responsibility to contact us directly or to contact the transfer company directly and/or to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable and any additional expenses are your responsibility.


SIGHTSEEING

It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled package components. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show", in such case you will not be eligible for refund for the unused service(s). Tour sightseeing program is operated by a motor-vehicle on which the size depends on the number of participants and is at the sole discretion of the company. The number of participants may vary during the tour, as Noah Tours accommodates travelers arriving from different airlines and on different days of the week. Tours of Noah Tours have been designed to accommodate individuals and groups. We cannot guarantee the number of passengers who will be on any given tour. You may find that you are traveling with a sizeable group or only with your own companions. However, rest assured that services will remain constant no matter what the number of tour participants is. Please refer to each tour package for a complete list of included tour services. Times listed in itineraries are approximate and are only guidelines. Itineraries listed online are approximate and meant as guidelines only. Noah Tours reserves the right to make any itinerary changes as it deems as necessary. In cases where a program is changed, a sight removed will be substituted with an alternative visit, or we may choose to remove a sight visit to allow for more time at other listed locations. In such an event Noah Tours will not offer to trip participants a monetary refund or compensation of any kind.


GROUP HARMONY

To ensure the desired group synergy, Noah Tours reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group. All expenses to do so will be borne by the passenger.


LUGGAGE


All tour packages allow one piece of luggage per person and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage will be subject to charge of up to $100 per piece. Noah Tours shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage/personal items. All damage/loss must be reported at time of incident and documented in writing by local authorities for submission to the insurance company.

Tips must be explained to your clients and  prepared before arrival.

ISRAEL
Guide  - US$4 per person per day. (If only 10 Pax- Minimum US$50/day for the guide/driver.)
Driver - US$3 per person per day.
Restaurant - US$1.5 per person per lunch & US$5 per person per dinner.

JORDAN
Guide - US$3 per person per day. (If only 10 Pax- Minimum US$40/day for the guide/driver.)
Driver - US$2 per person per day.

EGYPT
Guide - US$3 per person per day. (If only 10 Pax- Minimum US$40/day for the guide/driver.)
Driver - US$2 per person per day.


PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

On dates including, but not limited to, religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. In such cases, tour itineraries may be amended to reflect these changes and compensate for them with visiting other sites.


ITINERARY & HOTEL AMENDMENTS

Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, due to unforeseen circumstances the local Tour Operator and/or Hotel(s) may have to make last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, in the sequence of the tour and/or hotels. We therefore reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with others of similar category. In such cases there will be no cost adjustment.


NON-OPERATION OF TOURS

Escorted tour packages are based upon a minimum number of participants. Cancellation of any tour for lack of participation will be advised at least 30 days prior to the tour's departure, and all money will be refunded. Noah Tours will not be held responsible for any costs relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of visa fees. Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism or government intervention will be subject to the above fees, provided the program is deemed (by Noah Tours) able to continue. Should Noah Tours elect to cancel a departure for any of these reasons, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from suppliers, however, no guarantees can be provided on their behalf.


CHILDREN


Discounts for children sharing a room as third person applies only to children under 12 years old.


TRAVELLERS WITH DISABILITIES

Noah Tours will make all reasonable accommodations to meet the needs of our disabled tour participants. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance or special accommodation are required to notify Noah Tours in writing at the time of reservation and Noah Tours will use its good efforts to accommodate the tour participant’s needs. Tour participants requiring assistance on a regular or routine basis must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, are not able to provide assistance other than on a sporadic basis as it makes it impossible for them to fulfill their regular and required obligations. Due to space limitations, special advance arrangements may need to be made to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers aboard motor coaches. Noah Tours reserves the right to remove any person from a tour who has not provided the required notification and has not received written confirmation from Noah Tours. All related expenses, including those to return home, will be borne by the passenger.

Please check with your doctor for up-to-date requirements before you plan your tour.


MEDICAL COVERAGE


Noah Tours strongly recommends our clients to acquire travel & medical insurance prior to the arrival to Israel & Egypt. Noah Tours will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accidents and delays which may occur.


INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Noah Tours acts as direct or indirect agent between the passengers participating in the flight and/or tour, and/ or the travel agent who organizes the flight or tour, and between the airlines, hotels and restaurants, railway companies, bus companies, their owners, managers and employees or their representatives, and are not to be held responsible in any mishap of the services connected and/or rendered by the aforementioned companies and/or persons. All participants in these tours are bound by the general conditions, rules and regulations as fixed by the contractors. Any damage and/ or injury, loss and/or additional expenses caused by reason beyond the control of Noah Tours or not under their direct control, will be borne by the participants and on their sole responsibility. Noah Tours Ltd. reserves the right to change any tour, or part of it, or postpone it, or alter dates and hours of departures. Noah Tours Ltd. advises all participants to insure themselves and their belongings.
