TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

GENERAL:


HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS 

1. Hotel accommodations will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. 

2. All rooms are standard double or twin bed rooms with private facilities, unless specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management. 

3. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for third person. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. 

4. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 16:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Adequate arrangements for accommodations must been taken into consideration with late night flights. 

5. All hotel rates are based on Noah Tours’ agreement with its suppliers and are non-negotiable.

 

LUGGAGE
 

6. All tour packages allow one piece of luggage per person and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage will be subject to charge of up to USD $100.00 per piece. 

7. Noah Tours shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage/personal items.

8. All damage/loss must be reported at time of incident and documented in writing by local authorities for submission to the insurance company.

 

CHILDREN

9. Discounts for children sharing a room as third person applies only to children under 11 years old.

 

MEALS ON TOUR

10. Meals on tour are as specified in the itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's set menu or buffet. Beverages are excluded unless specified.


PAYMENT
 

11. BANK TRANSFER

Payment may done through a bank transfer. A bank transfer fee of USD $20.00 will be added to the tour cost.

12. CREDIT CARDS 

Noah Tours accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card charges will only be processed upon submission of a completed Noah Tours’ Credit Card Form. A credit card fee should be added to the total tour fee when paying the tour as follows: Visa and MasterCard – a 1.6% should be added to the total tour fee; American Express – a 3.5% should be added to the total tour fee. Paypal a 2.5% should be added to the total tour fee.


CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS


13. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.


PUBLIC HOLIDAYS


14. On dates including, but not limited to, religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. In such cases, tour itineraries may be amended to reflect these changes and compensate for them with visiting other sites.


TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES


15. Noah Tours will make all reasonable accommodations to meet the needs of our disabled tour participants. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance or special accommodation are required to notify Noah Tours in writing at the time of reservation and Noah Tours will use its good efforts to accommodate the tour participant’s needs.

 16. Tour participants requiring assistance on a regular or routine basis must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, are not required to provide assistance as it makes it impossible for them to fulfill their regular and required obligations.

17. Due to space limitations, special advance arrangements may need to be made to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers aboard motor coaches.

18. Noah Tours reserves the right to remove any person from a tour who has not provided the required notification and has not received written confirmation from Noah Tours. All related expenses, including those to return home, will be borne by the passenger.


MEDICAL COVERAGE

19. Noah Tours strongly recommends our clients to acquire travel & medical insurance prior to arrival. Noah Tours will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accidents and delays which may occur.


INSURANCE & LIABILITY


20. Noah Tours acts as direct or indirect agent between the passengers participating in the flight and/or tour, and/ or the travel agent who organizes the flight or tour, and between the airlines, hotels and restaurants, railway companies, bus companies, their owners, managers and employees or their representatives, and is not to be held responsible in any mishap of the services connected and/or rendered by the aforementioned companies and/or persons. All participants in these tours are bound by the general conditions, rules and regulations as fixed by the contractors. Any damage and/ or injury, loss and/or additional expenses caused by reason beyond the control of Noah Tours or not under their direct control, will be borne by the participants and on their sole responsibility. Noah Tours Ltd. reserves the right to change any tour, or part of it, or postpone it, or alter dates and hours of departures. Noah Tours Ltd. advises all participants to insure themselves and their belongings.

21. Noah Tours strongly recommends its clients to acquire travel insurance prior to the arrival to Israel. Noah Tours Ltd. will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accidents and delays which may incurred.     

 

BORDER FEES

22. Border fees are subject to sudden change without prior warning.

DAILY TOURS (Not A Private Tour)

RATES

1. Tour rates are given per person. 

2. The rates for tour packages that extend overnight are per person sharing a double room and include half-board accommodation in tourist class hotels (supplement available for upgrades).

3. Tourists presenting their passport are exempt from the payment of VAT. All prices are in US Dollars.

4. Rates are subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances.


CHILDREN

5. A 10% reduction is given to children under the age of 12.

6. Children under the age of 5 are not accepted.


CANCELLATION POLICY

7. Cancellations should be done via email. If tour is cancelled over 24 hours in advance there is a cancellation fee of US $5.00 per person per tour. If no show or no cancellation there is a full cancellation fee.


OTHER

8. Pick up times may be extended depending on the number of hotels guests are being picked up from.

9. During the tour customers are required to stay with their group and the guide. Separation from the group can result in being left behind & will be at customers expense.

10. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be changes in routes or departure times. Noah Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Noah Tours may be operating this tour with United Tours or with other tour operators and agents. 

 

TOUR PACKAGES (Not A Private Tour)


RATES

1. Prices are per person sharing a double or twin bed room.

2. In case of single traveler, a single supplement is required.

3. In case of human or computer error, Noah Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to customers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Noah Tours receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.


ENROLMENT FOR TOUR


4. A USD $200.00 per person deposit is required by Noah Tours for enrollment, registration, and to insure your place in the tour.

5. The balance is due 35 days prior to arrival.


FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

6. Regular, peak and high season

Cancellation fees will be done according to the following:

  • 8 business days or more prior to the tour: Full refund is given
  • 5-7 business days prior to the tour - 25% cancelation fee.
  • 3-4 business days prior to the tour - 50% cancelation fee.
  • 1-2 business days prior to the tour or no show - Full cancelation fee.

For all refunds - please note that it is minus bank transfer and credit card fees.

 
TRANSFERS


9. Flight details are required in order to book transfers.

10. The package cost includes transfers only on tour arrival and departure dates. Transfer services for days before or after the tour may be requested prior to your final tour payment date. In such a case, the cost of the requested transfer service will be added to your invoice.

11. The arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. 

12. In case of a delay, it is the client’s responsibility to contact Noah Tours directly or to contact the transfer company directly and/or to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable and any additional expenses are not covered by Noah Tours.


SIGHTSEEING

13. Arriving late to any service, including a day of sightseeing, may be considered a "no-show", and in such case there will be not refund for the unused service(s).

14. Sightseeing is done in a motor-vehicle, size depending on the number of participants. The size of the vehicle is at the sole discretion of the company.

15. The number of participants may vary during the tour, as Noah Tours accommodates travelers arriving from different airlines and on different days of the week.

16. Noah Tours cannot guarantee the number of passengers who will be on any given tour. However, rest assured that services will remain constant no matter the number of tour participants.

17. Times listed online in itineraries are approximate and are only guidelines. Itineraries listed online are approximate and meant as guidelines only.

18. Noah Tours reserves the right to make any itinerary changes as it deems as necessary. In cases where a program is changed, a sight removed will be substituted with an alternative visit, or we may choose to remove a sight to allow for more time at other listed locations. In such an event Noah Tours will not offer participants a monetary refund or compensation of any kind.


GROUP HARMONY

19. In order to ensure the desired group synergy, Noah Tours reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group. All expenses to do so will be borne by the passenger.

 OTHER

20. Pick up times may be extended depending on the number of hotels guests are being picked up from.

21. During the tour customers are required to stay with their group and the guide. Separation from the group can result in being left behind & will be at customers expense.

23. Noah Tours may be operating this tour with other tour operators and agents. 

 

PRIVATE TOURS
(Small Private Tours/ Family Group) 


RATES

1. Prices are per person sharing a double or twin bed room.

2. In case of single traveler, a single supplement is required.

3. In case of human or computer error, Noah Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to customers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Noah Tours receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.


ENROLMENT FOR TOUR

4. A USD $200.00 per person deposit is required by Noah Tours in order to reserve hotel rooms.

5. The balance is due 35 days prior to arrival.

9. Noah Tours reserves the right to make any itinerary changes as it deems as necessary. In cases where a program is changed, a sight removed will be substituted with an alternative visit, or we may choose to remove a sight to allow for more time at other listed locations. In such an event Noah Tours will not offer participants a monetary refund or compensation of any kind.

 FORCE MAJEURE


10. Noah Tours shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.

PRIVATE GROUP TOURS (Above 15 pax/ Big Group)


RATES

1. Prices are per person sharing a double or twin bed room.

2. In case of single traveler, a single supplement is required.

3. In case of human or computer error, Noah Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to customers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Noah Tours receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.


ENROLMENT FOR TOUR

4. A USD $200.00 per person deposit is required by Noah Tours in order to reserve hotel rooms unless agreed otherwise between the two parties.

5. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.


CANCELLATION POLICY

6. All Seasons

  • Once hotels have been confirmed, there is a handling fee of USD $30.00 per person.

7. Regular Season

  • Cancellation done 30 days prior to the group arrival date: Full refund is given (minus handling fee).
  • Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the group's total stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • A written cancellation is required. 

8. High Season

  • Cancellation done 45 days prior to the group arrival date: Full refund is given (minus handling fee).
  • Cancellation done within 45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the group's total stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • A written cancellation is required.

14. Tips must be explained to your clients and prepared before arrival.

ISRAEL
Guide: USD $4.00 per person per day (minimum USD $50.00 per day)
Driver: USD $3.00 per person per day (minimum USD $40.00 per day)
Restaurant: USD $1.50 per person per lunch and USD $5.00 per person per dinner

JORDAN
Guide: USD $3.00 per person per day (minimum USD $40.00 per day)
Driver: USD $2.00 per person per day (minimum USD $30.00 per day)

EGYPT
Guide: USD $3.00 per person per day (minimum USD $40.00 per day)
Driver: USD $2.00 per person per day (minimum USD $30.00 per day)
