Travelers who have been  tested positive with COVID-19 and have not yet met the recovery standards defined by the Israeli Protocol, may not board the flight or cruise. For further information regarding the recovery requirements of the Israeli protocol click here

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED UPON ENTRY TO ISRAEL

1. Entry statement within 48 hours prior to departure to Israel

Before any flight to Israel, passengers are required to fill out an entry statement within 48 hours prior to your departure to Israel.

2.  Confirmation upon arrival at border control in Israel

Upon arrival in Israel, at border control a confirmation attesting to the completion of the declaration will be required

Booking Your Next Journey with Confidence for Travel Through 2022-2023

When booking either a private tour to Israel or one of our original Israel escorted tour packages, Noah Tours is already providing new, more flexible booking conditions to make sure you plan your future travel with complete peace of mind and at ease.

The flexibility of Rescheduling Tours 
For all bookings, you may now change the date and reschedule your tour and receive full credit toward future travel with us.  We require a written notification that should be sent to us at least 30 days before departure and should be confirmed.

Flexible cancellation policy
In case you wish to cancel your tour and do not wish to reschedule the tour due to covid -19  related reasons whether at home or in your travel destination Noah Tours offers a full refund of the payment of the tour not including the enrollment payment and bank fees costs of USD 50.  The enrollment fee, although is nonrefundable will be held as a credit toward future travel with us.

Noah Tours is continuously proceeding to survey future travel operation options during COVID-19 and afterwise. COVID- 19 flexible booking and refund program summary with Noah Tours:

In the event of any COVID-19-related reason, whether at home or in your travel destination that will not enable you to travel, please see below our flexible refund policy as follow:

  • We offer the flexibility of rescheduling Tours. For all bookings, you may now change the date and reschedule your tour and receive full credit toward future travel with us. 
  • In case of cancellation, a  full refund of the tour payment will be refunded, excluding the prepayment/enrollment fee of the tour that will be held as a credit toward future touring with us.
  • To make sure you can reschedule and plan at ease your prepayment credit towards your future tour will be valid with no time limits.
