Israel Tour 8 Days 7 Nights Educational Group Tour 

1 Day Arrival. Jaffa – Tel Aviv

Welcome byNoah Tours representative and assistance with arrival formalities at Ben Gurion International Airport. 
Transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv, known as the 'city that never sleeps.' Visit Old Jaffa - overlook for an introduction to Tel Aviv at one of its important, historical reference points. Free time after dinner at the hotel.

2 Day Tel Aviv Full Day - Rothschild Blvrd. - White City - Nachalat Binyamin - Carmel Market

A special visit to Independence Hall, site of David Ben Gurion's monumental proclamation of the State of Israel in December 1948. Continue down Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv's Bauhaus architecture district to Rabin square, the site of the assassination. Visit the Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall, with its restored buildings and sidewalk artists, and continue onto the colorful Carmel Market. Lunch on your own from food stores at the market. Then possible walk along Tel Aviv sea-side until Tel Aviv Harbor for coffee. Overnight Tel Aviv.

3 Day  Caesarea – Haifa – Akko – Rosh Hanikra – Tiberias

After enjoying our Breakfast at your hotel check out and depart Tel Aviv. Guided visit to Caesarea Maritima, the ancient port city and one of ancient Israel's most important cities during the Roman Period. Visit the Herodian Theater and new excavations along the Mediterranean shore, concluding with a visit to the 900-year-old Crusader city built on the same site. Continue along the coast north to Haifa. Stand on top of Mount Carmel for a scenic overlook of the Haifa Bay and Bahai Gardens and Shrine, one of the holiest sites of the Bahai religion. Drive north to visit Akko/ Acre, a UNESCO Heritage Site with history ranging from the Crusader period into modern times. Tour includes guided visits to the newly renovated Crusader city, Jezzar Pasha Mosque, one of the most important mosques of Israel's Muslim community, and the Ottoman Fortifications around the city. Drive north to Rosh Hanikra, a collection of rock grottoes at the very northern tip of Israel. Rosh Hanikra was created when the strong Mediterranean waters carved subterranean tunnels out of the soft limestone rock, creating beautiful caves and formations. Overnight at a Kibbutz hotel on the shore of the Galilee Sea - Ginosar/ Maagan kibbutz lodging or hotel in Tiberias.

4 Day  Galilee Sea Area - North Galilee - Mt Beatitudes - Capernaum - Golan Heights – Tel Dan – kibbutz overnight

Breakfast at your hotel. Begin our day with visiting Capernaum, a settlement on the north shore of the Galilee Sea used to be inhabited from 150 BC until 750 AD. This town was mentioned in the New Testament. We will drive up to the Golan Heights, enjoy the beautiful, natural scenery and gain insight into the strategic complexity of the Golan. (Optional: visit at Golan winery and vineyards followed by a tour of the Golan Heights.) Cross the Golan Plateau to the border with Syria and observe the abandoned city of Kuneitra and the United Nations outpost located nearby. We then descend by Mt. Hermon to the North Galilee, one of Israel's most fertile areas. Walk through the Tel Dan Nature Reserve located on the largest tributary of the Jordan River and near the biblical settlement of the tribe of Dan. Dinner at the Kibbutz hotel. Dialogue with a kibbutz member. Overnight at your Kibbutz hotel / hotel in Tiberias.

Optional: Enjoy rafting or kayaking on the Jordan River (half a day needed)

5 Day Jerusalem – Mt. of Olives – Mahane Yehuda - Yad VaShem Holocaust Memorial Museum

After breakfast at your hotel drive to Jerusalem via the Jordan valley or via Trans-Israel Highway. We begin our journey in Jerusalem with a stop at Mount Olives upon entering Jerusalem for a breath taking view of Temple Mount followed by an introduction to the city. Guided visit through the Old City. Experience the sights, smells, and tastes of Mahane Yehuda Market of Jerusalem. visit through the newly renovated Yad Vashem complex, the Jewish National Memorial to the six million Jews who perished in the Holocaust, including the new Historical Museum, the Children's Memorial, and a memorial service Optional: After dinner an educational culture experience. Meet an Israeli figure with an educational background for an open discussion with the group about Israel.

6 Day Jerusalem: Old city Jerusalem Holy City of the three religions – Temple Mt. – Western wall - Via Dolorosa- Holy Sepulcher

Early breakfast at your hotel. Guided visit to the Old City of Jerusalem the holy city for all therr religions; travel through 3,000 years history, commence the tour with a visit to Temple Mt. – now the the Dome of the Rock. Continue to a visit to the Western Wall the holiest place to the Jews thus continue to walk through the Via Delarosa and the holy Sepulcher, Cardo, Mt. Zion. Optional: night light show at David Citadel.

7 Day Ein Gedi - Masada - Float in the Dead Sea - Jerusalem  

Full day excursion in the Dead sea area famous for its spectacular scenery. Visit in the early morning Ein Gedi Oasis, which is mentioned in the Old Testament. Continue to Masada where one of King Herod’s palaces is located and where the last battle of the Jewish Rebellions stood against the Roman army. Descend Masada and travel to the Dead Sea, enjoy floating in the salty waters. Drive to Jerusalem for farewell dinner and overnight.

8 Day Departure

Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to the Tel Aviv Airport.
